Skype
If anyone hasn't heard of skype it is a program that enables you to talk to close friends, relatives, or anyone that you want to through video or on your phone. Even if someone doesn't have a video connection on their computer you can buy one or just talk to the person through your computer. I especially love this program because it allows me to talk to my friends from back home and while they are at college too. We can catch up and actually see each other rather than just talking on the phone. And this way I can see their dorm and they can see mine! There are many other programs that do the same thing but a current one and fairly new one is skype which all my friends and I use. It is great! Well, gotta go skype with me friend!

I agree I love skype, usually i'm not a big fan of talking on the phone which i thought skype would be similar to but I recently realized it was so much different. I love getting a taste of what my friends and boyfriends lives are like by being able to see them in their atmosphere. I was first scared to talk to my friends on it because I never usually dress up or look nice for class and my normal days but i soon realized no one does and I love it because it's like we're hanging out kind of like we did back home.
